What is Pathways?

Pathways is a desktop messaging application designed to reach groups of people quickly and securely.

Pathways messages arrive rapidly and reliably. Messages can be sent individually or broadcast to large groups.  If a message is critical it can be configured to trigger a pop-up notification immediately upon arrival.  Less crucial messages appear as discrete reminders to be read when convenient.  Messages can be flagged for immediate delivery, or timed to arrive at a given point in the future.

The Pathways system consists of two main components. The first is a small client application which is installed on users' computers. This receives and displays the messages. The second is a content management system accessed via a web browser. This is used for composing and transmitting messages, and is also the repository for information about message arrival and display.

Using this combination of technologies, Pathways provides a communication tool that reaches your colleagues directly and verifiably.
